Brigham Young University - Idaho

Brigham Young University - IdahoI attended Brigham Young University - Idaho  from 1992 to 1993 and then again from 1995 to 1996 when I graduated with an Associates in Arts and Sciences. Between the two gaps in time, I served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Pennsylvania Philadelphia Mission. My initial pursuits at BYU were in Criminal Justice. I later changed to Political Science and finished with it as my declared major area of focus.  My early educational focus was to seek a law degree and so I made my preparations here. At the time of my attendance, BYU Idaho was only a 2 year institution. The college has since grown and is now a 4 year university. BYU Idaho provided an excellent academic foundation for me and started my love for learning. I was able to accomplish all of my general education requirements here and then transfer to Boise State University where I would finish my Bachelor’s degree.
